چکیده
Robots are often used for sensing and sampling in natural environments. Within this area, soft robots have become increasingly popular these tasks because their mechanical compliance makes them safer to interact with. Unfortunately, if break while working vulnerable environments, they create potentially hazardous waste. Consequently, the development of compliant, biodegradable structures soft, eco-robots is a relevant research area that we explore here. Cellulose one most abundant materials on earth, but it naturally very stiff, which difficult use robots. Here, look at both biologically kirigami inspired can be reduce stiffness cellulose based parts up factor 19 000. To demonstrate this, build compliant force displacement structure from microfibrillated cellulose. We also describe novel manufacturing technique structures, provide models allow designers specify stiffness, conclude with description our structure's performance.

Stiffness-based Approach for Preliminary Design of Framed Tube Structures
A parametric formulation for preliminary design of tubed-system tall buildings is presented in which some optimality criteria and practical constraints are considered. Here, a minimum compliance optimization formulation, developed by other researchers, is applied to a framed-tube structure. The tube behavior is modeled as a cantilevered box beam. Independent variable in this problem is thicknes...

1 I n t r o d u c t i o n Before the notion of structural control was introduced, structural design had to be conservative in practical applications to be safe enough against various uncertainties on material properties, defining loading and support conditions as well as variations in external excitations. During the past two decades, substantial effort has been made toward reducing the buildin...
